『KEEP it REAL』について：
2005年にFabricをオープンしたときはまだスマホもない時代で、スケートボードを動画で残すのはDVDがメインの時代でした。その時代から『KEEP it REAL』の名前のままに、毎年1本のフルレングスDVDをリリースし続けています。昔作ったKEEP it REAL 2006～2014 Digestを見つけたので、ぜひご覧になってください。10年経った今でも面白いです。
プライベートパークを作るきっかけ：
いろんなきっかけがあるけど、本当にやり始めたのはコロナの自粛で暇だったから。
竹藪開墾で苦労すること：
場所が遠いわ重機は使えないわで、人力での抜根が地獄。ちょっとずつ雨水を貯めてコンクリートを練ってます。あとはマムシが多いですね。
プライベートパークの完成時期：
作っているうちにさらにいろいろ作りたくなるので、今のところ完成とかそういう感覚はないです。年末にそこで誕生パーティをしたいっていう夢があるので、それまでにはどこかしらに滑れる場所を作りたい。
横浜といえば：
イーさん（Akira Ishizawa）。
新横あるある：
ちょいちょい救急車。
福島の思い出：
ありすぎるけど、8月の七夕祭りといわき駅前の居酒屋が最高でした！　海も山も感動するほどきれい。あとはホヤが好きになった。
原発作業員のメリットとデメリット：
原発反対！

ショップよりパークにしとけば自分も滑れます。

この前家で良い日本酒を飲んで死にそうになりました。アルコールアレルギーの人は飲んじゃだめだね。

今吸いながら書いてる。
人生最良の日：
最近毎日、朝起きて一服してからコーヒー飲んで、ラジオ体操してスケートできて最高です。
ぶち上がった出来事：
バンクを使ってだけど、11インチのデッキにIndy 215に60mmのソフトウィールで縦コーンが飛べた！

It's a skate shop of the skater, by the skater, for the skater.
Advantages and disadvantages of having a shop at your home:
I'm super lucky because I hate commuting in crowded trains. The disadvantage is that I go home to work.

About KEEP it REAL:
When I opened Fabric in 2005, there were no smartphones yet and DVDs were the main thing for a skate video. Since that time, we have kept the name KEEP it REAL and have continued to release one full-length DVD every year. I found the KEEP it REAL 2006-2014 Digest that I made back in the day and I encourage you to watch it, it's still interesting after 10 years.
What made you build a private park:
There are many reasons, but I really started doing it because I had a lot of free time due to the covid self-restraint.
Difficulties in clearing bamboo thickets:
The place is far away and heavy machinery is not available, so it's hell of a work to pull out the roots by hand. We store rainwater little by little and work on concrete. There are also a lot of pit vipers.
When will the private park be finished:
I don't have the sense that the park will be finished, because as I'm building it, I want to build more things. I have a dream to have a birthday party there at the end of the year, so I want to have something to skate by then.
Speaking of Yokohama:
E-san (Akira Ishizawa).
Typical story at Shin-Yokohama park:
Ambulances every now and then.
Memories of Fukushima:
There are too many, but the best were the Tanabata Festival in August and the izakayas in front of Iwaki Station! The sea and mountains are impressively beautiful. I also fell in love with sea squirts.
Advantages and disadvantages of being a nuclear worker:
I'm against nuclear power!

Advice to someone wanting to start a skate shop:
Park rather than shop, so you can skate.
Number of parking tickets you got:
Once towed in Osaka and about three times in Yokohama.
Last drink:
I drank good sake at home and almost died. People allergic to alcohol shouldn't drink.
Last smoke:
I'm smoking right now as I'm writing this.
Best day of your life:
Every day recently. I wake up in the morning, have a smoke, then a coffee, then do radio exercises and go skate, which is great.
The thing that got you stoked recently:
I used a bank, but I was able to ollie over a cone with an Indy 215 on an 11-inch deck with a 60mm soft wheel!
