1998年のオープン日には一番乗りで、21年続いた2019年の閉店日には一番最後に帰った。オレにとっては第二の故郷。1999年にはオレにTorey The Wormというシグネチャーデッキを作ってくれた。親父が描いたグラフィックだったんだけどね。Skatelabにできたスケート博物館もヤバい。スケートボードのルーツについて多くのことを学び、もっと知りたいとつねに思っている。滑りに来ていたプロに会って一緒に滑ることができたのもラッキーだった。Limp Bizkitの“Break Stuff”というミュージックビデオに出演したことも。ロブ・デューデックも出演していた。Skatelabでの思い出やストーリーは尽きない。本が書けるくらい（笑）！ - 我慢できないこと：

No ideas yet, just working towards feeling 100% again. I broke my ankle and got a heavy surgery last year. - Favorite spot in Tokyo:
The spots are still new to me and I'm happy to get more familiar with them. Lots of spots in Yokohama I have fun skating. - Best thing about Grizzly:

Wayne is a big inspiration to me and I'm grateful that we've been acquainted through skateboarding for over 10 years. He gave me advice that I will always remember - "Never stop working." - Secret to long ass BSTS:

Chad Muska, Rodney Mullen, Danny way. Even though we've been friends for a long time and they've all been my "boss" at one point in time, I look up to them so much and still feel nervous to have conversations with them... They're all intimidating in a good way though! - Best thing about Daewon:
Daewon's always skating and progressing with a smile. He's had my back and believed in me since I was young and coming up in skating. Daewon turned me pro when I was 18 and that was one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. Having the chance to make a skateboard company together is a big honor that I've had. - Skatelab memory:
I was first in line for the opening day at Skatelab in 1998 and last to leave the day it closed after 21 years in 2019. I always called it my second home! In 1999, Skatelab gave me a signature board called "Torey The Worm". It was a graphic that my dad did the drawing. I'm still in awe with the skateboard museum and how much history sat in one place. I learned so much about the roots of skateboarding and have always been interested to learn more. Being so lucky to meet and skate with all the pro's that came to skate was so cool. One time I was featured in the Limp Bizkit music video called "Break Stuff", also featuring Rob Dyrdek. The memories and stories at skatelab for me are endless, I can probably write a book haha! - Place you want to skate again:
